Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year previous retail experience and supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers, and donors.
• Must pass background check including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Handle store operations in absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Provide coaching and training to store employees.
• Ensure customer/donor needs are met and resolve complaints.
