Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant Store Manager in Durham, NC. You will support the Management Team in day-to-day operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional customer service while driving store performance.

You will oversee inventory, visual merchandising, scheduling, and store processes, with physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs. The role offers growth opportunities within Skechers' global network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver customer service.
