Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company, invites an Assistant Store Manager to join our Auburn Hills retail team. This role guides daily operations, inspires a team, and ensures top-notch customer service while optimizing inventory and visual merchandising to support profitability.

You will lead store initiatives, manage schedules, and drive sales performance within Skechers’ global retail network. This position requires 18+ and strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred.
• Sales skills to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals and deliver customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' standards for style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and organize restocking to maintain a seamless shopping experience.
• Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and store procedures; lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding targets.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
