Job summary

D&B Supply in Kuna, ID is seeking a skilled leader to assist the store manager in daily operations, focusing on sales, customer service, inventory, budgeting, planning, merchandising and staff leadership. You will help open/close, supervise associates, coach performance, and ensure safety and loss prevention.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of retail sales related responsibilities.
Proven knowledge of inventory control, merchandising and customer service.
Prior supervisory experience is required and confidentiality must be maintained.

Responsibilities

Provide customers with the highest level of service and train staff to uphold service standards.
Assist in preparing labor schedules to meet store goals through effective planning.
Lead by example to promote quality service and customer-focused values.
Assist in hiring, onboarding and performance evaluations for store staff.
Discipline employees as needed per company policies and ensure safety.
Maintain product knowledge, system expertise and adherence to standards.
Open and close the store, securing assets and responding to safety concerns.
Collaborate with manager and merchandiser on merchandising plans.
Contribute to monthly store meetings and communicate sales goals and updates.
