Job summary

OXXO USA is seeking a dependable and energetic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at one of our retail locations. This role oversees daily operations, keeps shelves stocked, and ensures clean, welcoming stores while delivering friendly customer service and handling transactions.

You will lead Sales Associates, support training, and help meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license and transportation to banks and meetings are required.

Qualifications

• One (1) or more years’ Experience working in retail environment (Preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License and transportation to/from bank and corporate meeting & valid vehicle insurance (Required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves and monitoring supply.
• Ensure the store remains clean and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
