AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the store manager in overseeing daily retail operations in Missouri. You will support merchandising, product launches, and sales objectives while ensuring an extraordinary customer experience.

You will lead a team of retail sales consultants, coaching them to meet sales and service goals. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the store manager.

• Conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
