Job summary

Skechers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team, drive daily performance, and ensure outstanding customer service in our store. You will manage inventory, merchandising, and sales initiatives to boost profitability while upholding Skechers’ brand standards.

The role demands strong leadership, weekend/evening availability, and the ability to train and motivate staff to meet targets while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
• Experience in sales management, delivering results, and meeting targets

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays meet brand standards
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and restocking processes
