Tommy Bahama is seeking an ambassador to lead store operations in Hawaii fashion with an emphasis on guest service and team mentorship. You will partner with the Store Manager to motivate staff, drive sales and maintain a welcoming island lifestyle ambiance.

This role emphasizes coaching, merchandising insight, and a strong focus on leadership, organization, and collaboration to deliver world class service to guests.

Formación

• 3+ years of retail experience.
• 2+ years of management supervision.
• Experience with merchandising and visual concepts.
• Coached and developed a team.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Collaborates well and can analyze reports to improve merchandising and presentation.
• College degree in Business or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Create a relaxed destination for guests by leading through motivation, support, and communication with the Store Manager.
• Build strong sales and service relationships with guests and role model key behaviors to ensure a premium guest experience.
• Drive sales through planning, execution, and store-process improvements with the Store Manager.
• Onboard and coach Retail Team Members to promote sales and internal career growth.
