Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Rochester, MN. The role supports the Store Manager to drive sales, supervise team performance, and ensure excellent Guest Services.

The position requires leadership experience, the ability to manage merchandising, and to handle inventory control in a fast-paced retail environment. The role offers up to 38 hours per week, with an 18+ age minimum and physical duties including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Standing/walking for long periods with the ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in operations, merchandising and inventory control to maximize sales and profitability.
• Control expenses and shrinkage in line with company policies.
