Responsibilities include hiring and developing talent, onboarding and training, and overseeing omni-channel operations while managing store expenses.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience is required.
• Specialty retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to identify and develop talent and influence a positive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Inspiring and directing a team focused on customer obsession and driving and achieving goals (sales, loyalty, talent).
• Leading talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training and retention.
