Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.

• Monitor stock levels and manage restocking for a seamless shopping experience.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and store operations (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and targets.
• Proactively address issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
