Job description

Store - NASH-BRENTWOOD, TN

Maintain a high standard of the overall look and feel of the store, including cleanliness and recovery standards, to deliver our Brand Promises. Provide friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and help them find what they need.

  1. Collect and dispose of trash according to approved procedures.
  2. Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures.
  3. Move equipment and products for cleaning and restore products to their correct placement.
  4. Clean assigned areas using designated materials and equipment, including preparing cleaning solutions as needed.
  5. Deep clean key areas such as bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways, and high traffic zones to maintain a safe, clean environment.
  6. Keep cleaning equipment organized and notify supervisors when supplies need replenishing.
  7. Identify areas needing cleaning and proactively complete tasks.
  8. Complete all tasks assigned by supervisors, complying with federal, state, and local guidelines.
  9. Maintain positive, respectful interactions with team members and customers, reflecting the organization’s values.
  10. Project a positive image and serve as a role model for other team members.

Additional duties may include:

  1. Providing a quick and friendly checkout experience, including cash handling.
  2. Engaging customers about Rewards programs and Private Label Credit Cards and assisting with enrollments.
  3. Supporting Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
  4. Participating in unloading trucks, stocking, and planogram processes.
  5. Supporting shrink and safety programs.
  6. Following SOPs and company policies to ensure legal and operational compliance.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Experience in retail and/or cleaning is preferred.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform bending, lifting, and reaching.
  • Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders or similar equipment.
  • Work may include outdoor tasks, night shifts, weekends, and early mornings.
  • Use of standard cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Applicants must meet legal requirements and be at least 16 years old.
