Store - WICHITA FALLS, TX

Overview

Maintain a high standard of the store's overall appearance, including cleanliness and recovery standards, to deliver our Brand Promises. Provide friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping and finding products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
2. Dust and damp mop floors as per standards.
3. Move equipment and products for cleaning, returning products to correct locations.
4. Clean assigned areas using proper materials and equipment, including mixing solutions when necessary.
5. Deep clean high-traffic areas like bathrooms, breakrooms, and entryways.
6. Keep cleaning equipment organized; notify supervisors for supply needs.
7. Identify areas needing cleaning and proactively complete tasks.
8. Complete all tasks assigned by supervisors, adhering to federal, state, and local guidelines.
9. Maintain positive interactions with team members and customers, embodying the organization’s values.
10. Project a positive image and serve as a role model for team members.

Additional Duties

• Provide efficient checkout experiences and handle cash accurately.
• Engage customers about Rewards programs and Credit Cards, assisting with enrollments.
• Support Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Support shrink and safety initiatives.
• Follow SOPs and company policies to ensure legal and procedural compliance.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Lift heavy items and access high shelves using ladders or similar tools.
• Work in climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled environments, including outdoor tasks.
• Use standard cleaning chemicals and supplies.

Legal and Other Requirements

Must meet federal, state, and local legal requirements. Must be at least 16 years old.
