Store - WICHITA-GREENWICH, KS

Maintain a high standard of overall look and feel of the store, including cleanliness and recovery standards, to deliver our Brand Promises. Provide friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and help them find what they need.

Responsibilities include:

1. Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
2. Dust and mop floors as per standards.
3. Move equipment and products for cleaning and return items to correct places.
4. Clean assigned areas using appropriate materials and equipment, including preparing cleaning solutions if necessary.
5. Deep clean key areas such as bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways, and high traffic zones.
6. Keep cleaning equipment organized and notify supervisors for supply needs.
7. Identify areas needing cleaning and proactively complete tasks.
8. Follow all federal, state, and county guidelines.
9. Maintain positive interactions with team members and customers, serving as a role model.

Additional duties may include:

• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash transactions according to standards.
• Engage customers about Rewards programs and Private Label Credit Cards, and assist with enrollments.
• Support Omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance.

Preferred skills and experience:

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Physical requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching.
• Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves with ladders or equipment.
