Job Title: Retail Store Closing Lead - Part-Time

Join Burlington Stores, Inc. as a Retail Store Closing Lead! This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead on the sales floor, ensuring a positive customer and associate experience. The Retail Store Closing Lead will engage with customers and staff, provide coaching, recognition, and support the store leadership by working evening, night, and weekend shifts as part of the leadership rotation.

Responsibilities:

• Model exemplary customer service behaviors, providing a great experience for customers and associates.
• Engage with associates, promote open communication, and offer recognition and coaching.
• Establish priorities with each associate and monitor the front-end experience.
• Observe and give feedback on checkout speed, line management, and friendliness.
• Review staffing, lunch/break schedules, and cashier coverage; assign backup cashiers during peak times.
• Evaluate recovery needs across various store areas and follow up on tasks to ensure completion.
• Conduct store rallies in the morning and evening, and complete closing communications for opening managers.
