Job Description

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, focusing on floor care.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as scrubbers and buffers.
• Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning of glass and windows.
• Follow operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Support multiple store areas as needed to support business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Model excellent customer experience practices.
• Support a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Ensure all floor care and cleanliness standards are met.
• Maintain organizational and cleanliness standards across the store, including sales floor, backroom, and restrooms.
• Follow health and safety policies, including refilling essential items.
• Assist in store recovery and respond to coverage needs.
• Uphold merchandising and signage standards.
• Follow operational and loss prevention controls.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Participate in safety initiatives and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
