Store Location: 2788 San Tomas Expy, Santa Clara, CA 95051

Store Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm/Monday-Friday

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and act as an on-site ambassador for Staples Promotional Products.
  • Greet all customers, assist with product selection and questions on products.
  • Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.
  • Receive product into the POS System and monitor the accuracy of the shipment.
  • Replenish stock as needed.
  • Ensure store is neat and orderly.
  • Keep storage room organized and appropriately stocked.
  • Unload and break down incoming shipments.
  • Barcode and price items accordingly.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and monitor inventory to ensure low risk of inventory loss due to theft and improper recording of transactions.

What’s needed-Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of previous sales experience and customer service skills
  • Ability to stand for up to 8+ hours and lifting up to 40lbs.
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
  • Visual Merchandising experience

What’s needed-Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Fashion Retail experience
