Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in the United States to deliver exceptional customer service and help drive sales across our brands in a fast-paced store environment.

You will greet customers, educate them on products, maintain store standards, process transactions, and participate in stock replenishment. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication, weekend/holiday availability, and a willingness to learn about our brands.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.

• Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
