Job summary

City Mill in Honolulu, Hawaii is hiring for a Full Time Sales Associate. You will provide friendly, fast, and professional service, keep the store clean and inviting, and help customers find the right home improvement products.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, assisting with inquiries, stocking and merchandising, and supporting team initiatives. Eligible for PTO, 401k, and employee discounts with a schedule that avoids late shifts.

What We’re Looking For:

• We are looking for a customer-focused individual to provide friendly, fast, and professional service while ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and inviting.
• Responsibilities include operating the POS system, assisting with customer inquiries, recommending product improvements, and performing tasks such as stocking, merchandising, and store upkeep.
• The ideal candidate will have strong communication and teamwork skills, be adaptable to various store functions, and contribute to maintaining company policies and procedures.
• An individual who is flexible and open to learning other functions throughout the store and willing to expand their knowledge and skills including but not limited to product knowledge and selling strategies.

Physical Demands
