City Mill Hawaii Kai is seeking a Retail Store Associate to join our Honolulu team. You will provide friendly, fast, and professional service while keeping the store clean, organized, and inviting.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, assisting customers, stocking, and merchandising to ensure a great shopping experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, with strong communication and teamwork skills, and willing to learn other store functions.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Minimum of twelve months of equivalent experience in a related field (e.g. Customer Service, Retail, Sales).
• Ability to operate a cash register, calculator, telephone, and personal computer.

Responsibilities

• Operate the POS system and assist with customer inquiries.
• Stock, merchandise, and maintain store upkeep.
