Job summary

Paycom in Dallas seeks a Full Time Retail Associate to assist customers, stock displays, and maintain a clean, organized store environment at ARC-DALLAS STORE 1 in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities include helping customers select and purchase items, rotating stock, handling donations receipts, answering phones politely, and performing routine security and cleaning duties. High school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred and experience working in a retail store preferred or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist store customers in selecting and purchasing items.
• Stock, arrange, and display furniture, bric-a-brac, books, clothes, and other similar products; rotate and/or rearrange stock as needed; return items to the proper location.
• Perform routine security activities while observing customers shopping in the store.
• May assist with moving donations to the storage area; prepare and provide donation receipts.
• Perform various cleaning activities, including but not limited to clean display racks, shelves, windows, mirrors, storage area; sweep and mop floors; clean other areas as needed.
• Answer the store telephone in a tactful and courteous manner.
