Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is looking for a Retail Associate to deliver outstanding in-store experiences through friendly, knowledgeable service. You will help customers, suggest products, and maintain attractive displays while supporting the store team.

You will engage with shoppers on features, benefits, and availability, operate POS systems, and help manage inventory and checkout processes. This part-time role includes flexible hours and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• No specific education required; HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years or less experience in a retail role.
• Experience operating POS and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and help shoppers find products.
• Maintain store standards for merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
• Process cash register transactions accurately (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty).
• Contribute to store profitability through efficient product flow and stock handling.
