Job summary

Columbia Sportswear is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, assist shoppers with product choices, and maintain engaging in-store displays. You will handle POS transactions, support loyalty programs, and help maintain inventory and store standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will participate in visual merchandising, assist customers with questions, and contribute to a positive shopping experience that aligns with our brand values and team goals.

Qualifications

• No specific education required; HS Diploma or GED preferred
• 2 years of experience or less in a similar role
• Ability to operate POS and retail software tools
• 16 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, demonstrating features, and making product recommendations.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
• Perform all cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to store profitability by managing product flow and inventory accurately.
