Ocean State Job Lot is seeking a Store Associate to provide friendly customer service, operate a cash register, stock shelves and assist customers with product inquiries.

The role promotes store initiatives, maintains displays, and supports unloading deliveries per company policies. Excellent communication and physical stamina are required to contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Basic math and reading skills are required.
• Legible handwriting and good verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Work in a climate-controlled environment with physical task demands; constant movement and occasional stairs.
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs on a regular basis.
