Responsibilities

• Build friendly rapport and provide exceptional service through the TREAT model.
• Operate a cash register, handle transactions, and assist customers with inquiries and purchases.
• Promote company loyalty programs and donations.
• Maintain displays, restock areas, and ensure merchandising standards.
• Unload deliveries and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with team and communicate opportunities for improvement to leadership.
• Follow safety protocols throughout the store.
