Qualifications

• Basic math and reading skills are required.
• Legible handwriting and good verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Work primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety and health hazard potential.
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Build friendly rapport and provide exceptional service through the T.R.E.A.T. model and a welcoming environment.
• Operate a cash register efficiently, handle transactions accurately, and assist customers with inquiries, locating items, and purchases.
• Promote company initiatives like donations, loyalty programs, and special offers.
• Maintain displays, restock areas, and ensure merchandising standards are met.
• Unload deliveries according to company processes and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Collaborate effectively and independently to achieve goals, communicating opportunities for improvement to store leadership.
• Understand and implement safety protocols throughout the store.
• Keep the store neat, organized, and safe through regular cleaning and janitorial tasks.
