Farmhouse Pottery is a rapidly growing company seeking to expand its dynamic team! We are hiring full-time, part-time, and seasonal Retail Associates who will serve as brand ambassadors and share our story with customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee Store Operations
- Customer Service & Store Cleanliness
- Maintain Store Stock Levels
Oversee Store Operations:
- Open and close the store
- Clean and maintain merchandise
- Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of each day
Customer Service & Store Cleanliness:
- Greet customers and provide information about Farmhouse Pottery, our philosophy, and product uniqueness
- Capture customer information to build our engaged audience and track lifetime value
- Regularly tidy the store throughout the day
- Follow cleaning schedules to ensure a pristine environment
Maintain Stock Levels:
- Ensure the store is stocked with all products on the floor
- Regularly restock collateral and bags
- Report low inventory to management
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask with a positive attitude
- Weekend availability
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently lift and carry objects up to 20 pounds
- Remain on feet for up to 8 hours
- Walk throughout the building, including stairs and outside areas
