As a Wild Fork Team Member, your focus is to deliver a memorable experience to our guests. You will be trained to be a personal chef and friendly butcher, gaining extensive product knowledge to recommend dishes and proteins to customers. Responsibilities include managing inventory to ensure freshness and availability, replenishing stock, fulfilling online orders, and providing a friendly checkout experience.

Compensation

$18 an hour plus monthly performance bonuses.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador – promote our quality products and educate customers about what Wild Fork Foods stands for.
• Become a product and culinary expert through training to offer recipes and cooking tips.
• Create a personalized, butcher-friendly shopping experience.
• Assist customers at checkout, providing a memorable experience.
• Perform stocking duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs, rotating products, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Manage price changes and operate the cash register as needed.
• Process e-commerce orders and oversee timely product pick-up for deliveries.
• Work in cold environments, such as walk-in freezers, during stock and inventory tasks.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Physically able to exert up to 50 pounds.
• Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures in walk-in freezers.
• Stand and walk for 8-10 hours.
• Move frequently within the store to access various areas.
