Job summary

Batteries Plus - GEN Aspire, LLC in Chesapeake and Suffolk, VA is hiring a full-time Sales Associate to help customers find batteries, lighting, and device services. Paid training provided and opportunities to grow within the team.

You will perform battery testing, repair smartphones/tablets (training provided), program automotive keys, stock inventory, and maintain a clean, customer-ready store while supporting opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, customer-first attitude.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work scheduled shifts at both locations (Chesapeake and Suffolk).
• Retail, sales, customer service, technical, or device repair experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and product recommendations.
• Help customers find batteries, lighting, and accessories.
• Perform battery testing, installation, and light technical services.
• Repair smartphones and tablets (paid training).
• Program automotive key fobs.
• Receive, stock, rotate, and count inventory.

• Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading merchandise.

Looking for a stable, full-time position with paid training and opportunities to grow? Join our Batteries Plus team and help customers find solutions for batteries, lighting, device repair, key programming, and more.

This position requires working scheduled shifts at both our Chesapeake and Suffolk locations.

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service and product recommendations
• Help customers find the right batteries, lighting, and accessories
