Description
As a Wild Fork Team Member, your focus is to deliver a memorable experience to all of our guests. You will be trained to be a personal chef and friendly butcher, gaining the highest level of product knowledge to recommend dishes or proteins to customers. Additionally, you will ensure proper inventory control to maximize product freshness and availability, replenish low stock items, pick and pack online orders, and provide a friendly checkout experience.

Position Details
- Type: Full-time
- Starting Wage: $16.00/hour + Bonus Potential

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
- Be a Brand Ambassador – passionate about our quality products and educate customers on what WFF stands for
- Become a product and culinary expert through training, sharing recipes and cooking tips
- Create a personalized, butcher-friendly shopping experience
- Assist customers at checkout, providing memorable service
- Stock shelves, lift up to 50 lbs, rotate products, and maintain store cleanliness
- Oversee price changes and manage cash register operations
- Process e-commerce orders and coordinate timely product deliveries
- Work in cold environments, including walk-in freezers, performing inventory and shipment tasks
- Perform other related duties as needed
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Occasional exposure to extreme cold in walk-in freezers
- Stand/walk for 8-10 hours
- Move within the store to access various areas and products

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- At least one year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant
- Work with integrity and teamwork towards shared goals
- Be determined, results-oriented, with good time management and prioritization

- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
