Our retail and distribution business, comprising Atlantic Tactical, United Uniform, and Lawmen's, operates 9 retail locations from the Carolinas to New York. Due to growth, we are adding a Store Associate at our Philadelphia, PA location.

Job Summary

Provide excellent customer service, assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email. Handle all retail transactions including cash, credit, check, and on-account purchases. Develop product knowledge and provide prompt, courteous service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with sales of uniforms, firearms, and ammunition in various channels
• Complete sales paperwork and firearm registration documents
• Ensure accuracy in all transactions
• Research product and order information for customers
• Assist with inventory management
• Develop comprehensive product knowledge
• Participate in training and organizational meetings
• Report issues to management
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Perform other duties as assigned

Supervisory & Operational Authority

• Report to Store Manager or Assistant Manager
• May temporarily control store operations in their absence
