Job Description
As a Wild Fork Team Member, your focus is to deliver a memorable experience to all our guests. You will be trained as a personal chef and friendly butcher, gaining extensive product knowledge to recommend dishes or proteins. Responsibilities include inventory control to ensure product freshness, replenishing stock, picking and packing online orders, and providing a friendly checkout experience.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
- Be a Brand Ambassador – promote our quality products and educate customers about WFF.
- Become a product and culinary expert through training, sharing recipes and cooking tips.
- Provide personalized, butcher-friendly shopping experiences.
- Assist customers at checkout, creating memorable experiences.
- Perform stocking duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs, rotating products, and cleaning.
- Manage price changes, operate cash register, and oversee e-commerce orders and deliveries.
- Work in cold environments like walk-in freezers for inventory and shipment processing.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work in extreme temperatures, including walk-in freezers.
- Stand/walk for 8-10 hours.
- Move within the store to access various areas and products.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, not required.
- At least one year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant.
- Work with integrity and as part of a team.
- Be determined, deliver results with urgency, and manage time effectively.

- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
