Job summary

Pearlman Group in North Little Rock, AR, is seeking a Retail Store Associate to support day-to-day store operations and drive product sales. You will process counter sales, handle shipments, restock, and maintain visual standards while delivering friendly customer service.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will work in a fast-paced, high-SKU environment and participate in KPI-driven efforts to improve branch performance, ensuring a clean and organized retail space.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
• Experience with using a computer for daily tasks.
• Have extensive verbal communication required for customer and associate relations.
• Ability to work closely with all levels inside the retail location.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Job Purpose / Summary:

The Retail Store Associate will assist in the day-to-day operations within a best-in-class industrial supply retail store. Reporting to the Store Manager, they will proactively drive product sales to exertional customers, promote product and customer demo/training, execute receiving/shipping/storage of in-store merchandise, and follow our retail fundaments to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the retail branch location.

The Retail Store Associate will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
