Job Purpose / Summary

The Retail Store Associate will assist in the day-to-day operations within a retail store. Reporting to the Store Manager, they will drive product sales, promote product demos/training, handle receiving/shipping, and maintain the store's cleanliness and organization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Contribute to branch performance against KPI goals and work proactively to improve results.
• Process sales and check out customers.
• Pick, pack, and ship warehouse orders.
• Answer customer calls promptly.
• Restock, price, clean, and maintain visual standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Education

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with computer use for daily tasks.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well with all levels of staff.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
