Job summary

SanAntonioShoemakers (SAS) in Corpus Christi, TX, is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate to greet customers, assist with fittings, and guide them to SAS shoes and accessories.

You will handle POS transactions, support store opening/closing, and maintain a friendly, professional environment aligned with SAS standards. Weekend availability is required. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Good attendance and strong communication.
• Must obtain valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day store opening and closing procedures.
• Make weekly bank deposits.
• Provide a friendly welcoming environment by greeting customers.
• Help customers fit SAS shoes and measure feet.
• Show different categories of shoes, handbags, and care products.
• Operate POS computers for sales, returns, and transfers.
• Gain product knowledge and promote SAS items with enthusiasm.
• Be ready to work at scheduled times.
• Complete special projects as needed.

• Makeweeklybank deposits.
• Provideafriendlywelcomingenvironment,bysmiling,greetingandacknowledging every customer when they enter the store and engaging them in conversation.
