Rowan is looking for an enthusiastic Studio Sales Associate to join our Lincoln Park studio in Chicago. You will create an exceptional piercing and shopping experience for customers and assist on weekends. Responsibilities include answering customer queries, maintaining studio cleanliness, and promoting products.
The role requires a team-oriented individual who can work in a busy environment, and offers a compensation of $16 to $19 per hour plus commission, along with various employee benefits.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer‑obsessed Studio Sales Associate to join our team at our Lincoln Park studio location. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional piercing and shopping experience for our customers in a genuine and enthusiastic manner, supporting the team on the weekends. This position involves assisting customers with ear piercings, providing product recommendations, and ensuring the studio maintains our high standards of cleanliness and safety. Your responsibility is to infuse the Rowan experience, bring brand awareness, product knowledge and the art of ear stacking to life, through engaging customer interactions. This is an hourly, non‑exempt position, reporting to the Studio Manager.
We are seeking candidates with availability on weekends, Mondays, and Thursdays, along with flexibility to provide coverage throughout the week as needed.
