Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is seeking a T-Mobile Retail Store and Operations Manager to lead the Spencer, WV store and drive exceptional customer service.

You will coach and develop the sales team, recruit talent, and ensure the store meets sales and profitability goals while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Two years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales).
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• The ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Achieve sales, profit goals and proactively analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and create/execute improvement plans.
• Market and advertise activities.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities
