Job summary

Burlington is hiring a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor in our Back of House/Receiving area. You’ll lead the team, coordinate receiving, unloading, sorting, and transfer of merchandise to the sales floor, while partnering with Store Management to drive results.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within a retail/off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading/sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates per guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Drive associate compliance with company policies and standards.
• Direct associates and workload, ensuring productivity and protection of merchandise.
• Coach associates and provide recognition.
