Burlington in Exton, PA is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back-of-house operations, supervise deliveries, and coordinate the flow of merchandise to the sales floor.

You'll work closely with store management, coach associates, participate in planning meetings, and help reinforce asset protection and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big-box, or specialty environments.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-of-house operations: receiving, unloading, sorting, and stocking to floor.
• Ensure back-of-house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Enforce Asset Protection measures to reduce shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates per guidelines.
• Foster diverse, collaborative team culture.
• Direct workload and drive team productivity and merchandise protection.
• Coach and recognize associates; assist with recruiting and onboarding.
• Attend weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meals and breaks; monitor schedule adherence.
