Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Corona, CA is seeking a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to join our back-of-house leadership. This full-time role will lead receiving, unloading and merchandising flow to the sales floor, while ensuring cleanliness and adherence to asset-protection guidelines.

You will coach associates, assist in scheduling, and participate in weekly workload planning meetings with store management. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big-box, or specialty environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, flowing goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization at standard.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to minimize shrink.
• Promote safety for customers and associates per guidelines.
• Coordinate workload planning and supervise associates.
