Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead merchandise receiving, unloading, and processing
  • Maintain back of house organization and cleanliness
  • Implement Asset Protection strategies
  • Ensure safety standards
  • Foster a diverse and collaborative team culture
  • Ensure policy compliance and team productivity
  • Coach and recognize associates
  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding
  • Participate in workload planning

  • Manage schedules and breaks
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in retail

  • Availability for full-time schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
  • Ability to handle and lift merchandise over 40 lbs, stand and walk extensively
