Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Part Time Retail Stocking Team Lead for our Back of House/Receiving. This hands-on leader guides Receiving Associates as an extension of the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor and helps bring merchandise displays to life.

Compensation and Benefits Summary

Competitive wage of $13.00 per hour, flexible hours, and an associate discount. Part‑time associates, based on hours worked, may be eligible for Burlington’s benefits package including medical coverage, a 401(k) plan, up to 4 hours of paid time off annually after one year of service, up to 8 paid holidays, and paid sick time in accordance with applicable law.
