Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Retail Stocking Team Lead to support Receiving Associates and lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment. This role emphasizes keeping stock and back-of-house areas organized while mentoring teammates to meet company standards.

The position requires a hands-on leader who can adapt to nights, weekends and holidays, with opportunities for growth and competitive pay including an associate discount program.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weight 40lbs. or more, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Retail Stocking Team Leads are a key part of our store's leadership team. They play an integral role in leading Receiving Associates by becoming an extension of the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor. Our Retail Stocking Team Leads work behind the scenes to support our team members and help bring our merchandise displays to life. If you're hands-on, lead by example, and have great problem-solving skills, we think you'll be a great addition to our team!
