Retail Stocking Team Leads are key members of our store's leadership team. They lead Receiving Associates, support the team, and help bring merchandise displays to life. If you're hands-on, lead by example, and have problem-solving skills, you'll be a great addition to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Model company standards for receiving/stocking team
• Maintain a neat and orderly stock, receiving area, and sales floor
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Coordinate meal and break periods, monitor schedules
• Coach associates and recognize performance

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
• Ability to lift 40lbs or more and stand/walk for extended periods
