Burlington Stores, Inc. in Porterville, CA is seeking a Part-Time Retail Stocking Team Lead for the Back of House/Receiving area. You will lead Receiving Associates, model standards, and help bring merchandise displays to life.

Responsibilities

• Model back-of-house standards for receiving/stocking teams.
• Lead Receiving Associates and coordinate meals/breaks where applicable.
• Supervise the receiving/stocking team and ensure proper workflow.
• Ensure clean, organized stock and sales floor.
• Monitor schedule adherence and recognize excellent performance.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching and reinforce company policies.
