Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Part Time Retail Stocking Team Lead in Philadelphia to support the Receiving team from the back of house and help bring merchandise displays to life. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure stock and receiving areas stay neat and compliant with company standards.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and offers competitive pay, employee discounts, and growth opportunities within a fast-paced retail environment.

Retail Stocking Team Leads are a key part of our store's leadership team. They play an integral role in leading Receiving Associates by becoming an extension of the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor. Our Retail Stocking Team Leads work behind the scenes to support our team members and help bring our merchandise displays to life. If you're hands-on, lead by example, and have great problem-solving skills, we think you'll be a great addition to our team!
