Job summary

Burlington Stores in McAllen, TX is seeking a Part Time Retail Stocking Team Lead to guide Receiving Associates and support merchandise displays. This hands-on leadership role focuses on maintaining organized stock areas, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with store standards.

The position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth and employee discounts. Base pay is $12.50 per hour, part-time status, and a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weight 40lbs. or more, and stand/walk for extended periods.

Retail Stocking Team Leads are a key part of our store's leadership team. They play an integral role in leading Receiving Associates by becoming an extension of the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor. Our Retail Stocking Team Leads work behind the scenes to support our team members and help bring our merchandise displays to life. If you're hands-on, lead by example, and have great problem-solving skills, we think you'll be a great addition to our team!
