Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Lubbock is seeking a Part-Time Retail Stocking Team Lead for our Back of House/Receiving operation. You will help lead Receiving Associates, model back-of-house standards, and support the store’s merchandising displays while working hands-on behind the scenes.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, along with the ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods. Competitive pay and associate discounts are offered.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weight 40lbs. or more, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Retail Stocking Team Leads are a key part of our store's leadership team. They play an integral role in leading Receiving Associates by becoming an extension of the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor. Our Retail Stocking Team Leads work behind the scenes to support our team members and help bring our merchandise displays to life. If you're hands-on, lead by example, and have great problem-solving skills, we think you'll be a great addition to our team!
