Burlington is seeking a Part Time Retail Stocking Team Lead to support the Back of House/Receiving team. You will lead Receiving Associates, model store standards, and help bring merchandise displays to life.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, flexibility to work nights and weekends, and guiding a team to deliver great customer experiences while upholding Burlington’s core values.
