Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Retail Stocking Team Lead for our Back of House/Receiving team. You will lead Receiving Associates and support the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to keep merchandise displays vibrant and organized.

If you are hands-on, lead by example, and excel at problem solving and teamwork, you will be a strong addition to our team, helping drive results while delivering a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift store merchandise weight 40lbs. or more, and to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Experience coaching associates and recognizing performance on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Model company back-of-house standards for receiving/stocking.
• Maintain neat and orderly stock, receiving area, and sales floor.
• Drive associate compliance with policies and standards.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
• Coach associates in the moment and provide recognition.
